How Ateliê da Lee and Grupo Eliana handle the data of people who visit the site and get in touch with us.

Who we are

This website belongs to Ateliê da Lee, an emporium of Grupo Eliana, at Rua Vereador Alberto Mario Segreti, 97, Bairro Mirante, Juruaia (MG), CEP 37805-000. What data we collect

  • Website forms: the forms do not store anything on our server. They put together a message with what you typed (name, phone, city, order) and open WhatsApp so you can send it, if you wish.
  • WhatsApp, email and phone conversations: we use the data you send us to reply and to prepare orders, quotes, reservations and Ombudsman cases.
  • Browsing: the site does not use advertising cookies or its own tracking tools. For security, the hosting server logs technical access data (such as IP address and date), as required by the Marco Civil da Internet (Brazil's Internet Civil Framework, Law 12,965/2014).
  • Third-party content: Google Fonts, Google Maps and links to Instagram and WhatsApp may receive technical data from your browser when they are loaded or clicked. Each service follows its own privacy policy.

What we use it for

  • Reply to messages, orders, quotes and reservations.
  • Comply with legal and tax obligations.
  • Handle Ombudsman cases, with a reference number and confidentiality.
  • Send news only if you ask for it.

The legal bases are the performance of a contract and pre-contractual steps, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interest in providing service, and your consent, under Art. 7 of the LGPD (Brazil's General Data Protection Law, Law 13,709/2018).

Sharing

We do not sell data. We share only what is necessary with those who help us operate (shipping, payment providers, accounting and hosting) or when required by law.

How long we keep it

For as long as necessary to serve you and meet legal retention periods. After that, the data is deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

You may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, portability or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent, by emailing atendimento@ateliedalee.com.br. You may also contact Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

Security

The site is static, served over a secure connection (HTTPS), with no database or login area. Even so, no system is 100% secure: if you notice anything unusual, please let us know.
