The collection

A town in twelve volumes.

The Sabores de Juruaia collection was created to preserve what the city holds most dear: grandma's home-baked treats, cheese from the farm, afternoon coffee with the neighbors.

Each volume features recipes and stories from residents and people of the town. It's a record of memory and an invitation to discover Juruaia.

In each recipe, a seal marks the ingredients you can find at Ateliê da Lee: the semi-cured cheese for the cornmeal cake, the goiabada cascão (guava paste) for Romeu e Julieta, the clarified bottled butter (manteiga de garrafa) for cassava, and Café da Lee to go with it all. Read it, come to the Ateliê and take everything home.
